"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. "The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

"This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. "

"Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "

"Wonderful hotel with large comfortable rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Very quiet and the free parking was a real bonus, especially as it's an easy walk to Leicester city centre and other amenities. Fully recommend and will book again for future stays in Leicester."
