"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "

"Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road. Recommend property and would stay again."

"The location was excellent for a city stay, however, some maintenance issues were noted and communication problems. I messaged to confirm my stay and request what to expect on my arrival. "It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Bedding and towels were clean. There was a shelf unit that was about to collapse and the blinds were knackered and discoloured. The shower was very warm and powerful. Instructions and how to enter the building was emailed to me. "The photos online and the reality are worlds apart. The hotel looked abandoned, like it was inhabited by homeless people. The smell and dirt were overwhelming. We had to watch out for broken furniture on the stairs, a damaged wall, and debris on the floor. The bedding and bathroom were filthy. We left without staying even 10 minutes. This place should be shut down, not showcasing beautiful photos from maybe 20 years ago when it looked decent."
