"I rate this hotel as excellent for a few reasons. It can’t compare to a high-class establishment, but I think the value for your euro is excellent. The building is old but serviceable. The room was plenty large for me (solo traveler); the bathroom was small. I don’t have much experience with hotels in Rome but I imagine this kind of setup is standard for the price. The personnel are very personable and friendly, and took very good care of me. The room was always kept clean. They keep it secure....

"We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!"

"A lovely and quirky 16th century apartment right in the heart of a beautiful walkable area with restaurants, cafes, gelatarias - great location. For us though the restaurant downstairs was a negative - unfortunately long loud lunches outside often extended until 5 in the evening and long loud dinners until past midnight so our sleep was very disrupted."
