"Loved location, pool, staff"

"The pool area, restaurant, and common areas are beautiful, which is what initially drew us to book this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is incredibly outdated and in need of a major renovation. The hallways have worn, dirty carpeting and scuffed walls, and the rooms are very dated. We only stayed one night before an early morning flight, and we’re glad it wasn’t any longer. In our opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. It’s closer to a 3 star property at best. "While the hotel is well appointed, clean and the staff very attentive, the neighborhood and the check-in policy are what drag the property down. If you are looking for an airport hotel, stay at the Hyatt."

"Room had a very nice, large balcony with 4 chairs with a view of the beach and sea which is across the street from the hotel. The room is not fancy but good. The air conditioner worked very well. There is no parking lot or garage (the ad on expedia is misleading on that) and you have to park on the street (which can be full) at a meter. But overall it was a good place to stay."

"Great location if you need to catch morning flight back home and want a great way to end an awesome vacation. Spa therapy pools are awesome. Definitely will be back."

"Very convenient location for sleeping one night, close to the airport, waiting for the flight back to New York. Excellent room, spacious, safe, quiet and clean. Very useful, timely and cheap shuttle service to the airport. The staff was kind and helpful."

"Make sure you contact the property for transportation from the airport. Its not fat but there are taxi regulations that make it difficult to get to and from the airport."
