"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices. The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked. Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared...

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Breakfast was good but no shops near by. Taxi cost 20 euros from airport. Near by but cannot walk need a taxi or car to reach. Taxi to venice £45 for 2 people sharing was good too. Room very clean, staff very helpful. "

"Nos hospedamos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses durante 3 noches, está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y segura, para llegar es muy fácil. También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. "Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. "This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring Venice. Our bed was very comfy, the room was quiet and breakfast very nice. The hotel Terrace overlooking the Grand Canal was a great place to sit and enjoy a drink! "
