The daily wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a nice touch to enjoy talking to fellow guests or just read a book by their library area. "

Our favourite thing was the view of the Edinburgh Castle from the living room window. Perfect location for those who want to walk or transit around downtown Edinburgh. Close to everything - food, shopping, parks etc. "

Staff was very friendly, and there were convenience stores, bakeries, and great restaurants a short distance from the hotel. It's about 15 mins on foot to the main areas, but I liked the quietness of this location and saw no issue with the length of the walk. I would 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Edinburgh.
