"We felt well cared for during our stay. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us to the right building and into our unit. When we later had trouble with the main door they were able to assist us over the phone. We were missing a blow dryer in our unit and the staff coordinated delivery of one. It was great to have a fridge in the unit as well! The building was quiet and the unit was spacious. We appreciated the extra fan in the living area. "

"Found this hotel on Hoyels.com, found it to be exactly as discribed. This is not a big hotel, tht lobby and hallways amall but the room we stayed in was large,comfortable & up-to-date. Wifi was free and good. This location is right on a busy street with restaruants & stores right next to the hotel. Dispite being on a busy street our room was quiet. King bed was very comfortable. "My son and I stayed at the Hibird Condado for 8 days. The location could not have been better. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need on vacation. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laura was very helpful at check-in and throughout the week. The food and drinks at Pure Juice bar were great. Definitely would stay there again!"
