Personal top Sauberkeit iO. Es werden jeden Tag die Zimmer gereinigt + man bekommt neue Handtücheraber man könnte auch mal unter dem Bett reinigen, da hier noch Flaschen von den Vorgängern waren. Towels were not clean that were provided. This lead us to have to purchase our own. Water to shower was SCORCHING HOT and unbearable. The water will quickly cycle from cold to hot to BURNING hot with the only way to fix it was to shut off the water wait a few mins and do it all over again until shower was over. I...

"Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money....

"The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also.
