"Located in an area with high poverty, so expect to see desperate poor/unhoused folks. The hotel is reasonable priced & clean. I stay hear every time I come to Sacramento and I have always had a pleasant stay."

"The room we got the bed wasn't a queen size bed, and the remote didn't work. I called the office let them know about the room they send housekeeping for the remote I went to the office about the bed, and asked if we can get another room. He did I went to meet up with the housekeeper she took me to the other room I liked it, and it had a refrigerator. "

"Everything was great but on my checkout day the elevator was not working. Being as I am 64 & was on the third floor w) my 14 yr old dog. Well needless to say when I should've been rested after a stay at motel 6'Studio.I was exhausted from the 3 trips up/down 3flights of stairs,, I was also stressed out because the front desk said I had till noon and I would be charged another day,😱..
