"5 Stars – Elvado Made Our 20th Anniversary Trip Special! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elvado and our experience at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. We arrived at the resort after having an extremely disappointing experience at another property. We were stressed, emotional, and suddenly trying to find somewhere else to stay during what was supposed to be our 20th anniversary celebration. From the moment we met Elvado, everything changed. He welcomed us with genuine kindness and immediately went above and beyond to help. He took the time to search for a room for us and made us feel like he truly cared about turning our trip around. We originally had a fountain view room, but Elvado upgraded us to a beautiful ocean view suite. He also gave us complimentary access to The Reserve, which was an unexpected and incredibly generous touch. What stood out most wasn't just the upgrade—it was the way Elvado treated us. He listened to what we had been through and did everything he could to make the rest of our trip special. His kindness, professionalism, and hospitality completely changed our experience. Because of Elvado, what started as an incredibly stressful anniversary trip turned into the wonderful vacation we had hoped for. He didn't have to do everything he did for us, but he chose to go above and beyond, and we will never forget it. Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is absolutely beautiful, but exceptional employees like Elvado are what make a beautiful resort truly memorable. Thank"

"The resort was beautiful a few problems that I had personally number one the fourth floor of building 9 between 3rd and 4th floor was darker than dark so for a women and children and and seniors that would have been terrifying because they don't know if anybody linking around what have you and then the fact that the checkout and check-in took a whole century because they're they're on back they're doing backlogs on paper instead of instead of digital and then and the most respectful way not one person on the property that I can remember spoke any English so it was a language barrier barely so those are my things right there that had issues with."

"I had a truly fantastic vacation at Serenade Punta Cana Beach Hotel. This is the kind of place where, the moment you arrive, you forget about everything outside the resort. All worries stay behind the hotel walls, and you can fully enjoy every moment of your stay. The food is delicious and varied, offering something for every taste. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly hardworking, kind, and attentive -always there to make sure you feel absolutely wonderful. Their warm attitude creates an atmosphere that makes you feel special and completely relaxed. I will happily return to this hotel again and again. Serenade Punta Cana is a place that captures your heart."

"The entire resort was wonderful. The staff were attentive and they upgraded our stay due to it being our 30th wedding anniversary. We also were there for my husbands birthday and they left a cake in the room for him. Would definitely recommend it and plan on going back. I do not have a negative thing to say about the resort or exceptional staff! Rocio was our waitress at the pool and went above and beyond to keep our cups full. She remembered our names and our drinks which we switched up often."

"Propert is right on the beach that is beautiful. As far as the room amenities and property maintenance I would say 3/5. Overall for a family vacation if you are looking for a budgeted vacation it’s worth it. It is accessible to all the restaurants by 2-3 minutes walk."
