"The room was fine, the ac unit was very loud and we did have to carry a big suitcase up a steep flight of stairs. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for us. The staff were super helpful. It was quite a walk to the main shopping area but we did it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. "

"From the get/go our stay at Dune Crest was wonderful. Excellent check in services and very nice rooms with great views made this a nice stop on our family road trip. Would have loved to stay longer. Some units are in the process of being refurbished but are still very comfortable and nicely done. In my opinion, Dune Crest has the most beautiful spot on the North Cape and we will definitely make it a stop on our next trip there. GG"

"The property and staff were awesome, however Expedia booked 2 rooms instead of one because I had changed dates from 5 days to 4. I was charged for both and it’s damn near impossible to get refunded for your mistake. I’m never using Expedia again "
