"We really wanted to love the property. This was our 2nd time at Sanctuary, the first was during Covid but that’s another story The pros: It is a beautiful property with 6 pools. Our favorite is the pool in the castle- it’s quiet and on a hot day it is much cooler due to the breezes. If you are into a good time- you need to be in the main pool The staff are truly welcoming and professional. From the moment you exit your transport to the resort to you exit for your flight home. "The lady who cleaned the bedroom , Ruddy, was very friendly and did a wonderful job. In the dining room, Mesa Restaurant, Emilia served us so well. Kerman, the bellman greeted and fairwelled us very gently. The hotel great, but these people made it better."

"Staff were most helpful and the amenities were good. Transport to and from the property is problematic with taxi drivers trying to take advantage of you. Best to insist on using an Uber even if staff say it is difficult."
