"Obviously could do with an upgrade as rooms are quite dated. However nice spot with patio doors onto the lake and everything that was needed in the room inc ceiling fan which was helpful. Breakfast ok however burger at dinner was awful."

"The hotel was set in a nice, quiet location with lovely views. The room was a good size, plenty of room and tea/coffee making facilities. The decor in the room was very tasteful and the bathroom was really spacious. Very clean accommodation. The room was cleaned daily. We didnโt eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Lovely seating area outside. Ample parking. Only downside was the bed and pillows which were far too soft for us but obviously that is just down to personal taste. All in all a very enjoyable 3 day break and will definitely be staying again ."

"The hotel was spotless, the reception staff especially Alice (hopefully that's correct) were amazing, as were the rest of the staff we encountered. Breakfast was great and fresh and the cooked options were not greasy as we find quite often in other hotels. The room was great, quiet and clean. We would have given 5 stars but unfortunately even though everything else about this hotel was perfect, the bed and the pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep, the pillows felt like they were full of small pieces of foam and the mattress wasn't much better."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need โ a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Itโs beautifully secluded and feels like youโre tucked away in the middle of nowhere โ peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and escape! "
