"In theory this is a fantastic place. Logistically it is a nightmare. If you rent a car there is scarce parking if any and if you take public transit, your walk uphill is at least 15 minutes. The closest store of any kind is kilometers away. There are not screens on the windows and there are many bugs and critters so sleeping with the windows open is not possible.
