"Whilst my room could do with a little refresh it was nevertheless clean and didnt distract to my overall stay. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Likewise the breakfast. The hotel is in a great location for getting around and the waterbus stop to get to and from the airport is just outside "

"The staff did all those extra things that you didn’t expect. The people at the front desk were superb. The place is a hop skipped in a jump from the water bus or the people mover making it very convenient to get in to the center of Venice without being a face in the crowd"

"This hotel was perfect for the location to the airport. Only a five minute shuttle ride. The only issue with the shuttle was that the hotel charges $30 per couple round trip which I think is a little high given the fact that you have to meet them out at the water tower and they don't drop you off at your terminal. Having said that, the hotel itself was wonderful. Very nice sized room, very clean and good customer service. The restaurant food onsite was delicious and the complimentary breakfast was good as well. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to Venice. "

"The hotel is small with small rooms but very clean and convenient to the Venice Airport. The front desk clerk sent me to a closed restaurant for lunch…poor. Good breakfast…the 15 euro cost for the shuttle to the airport is a complete rip off…it’s less than a mile away "

"Lovely and convenient place! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A little sad we didn’t see any donkeys. Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more than one pillow per person. "
