We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus.

Die Unterkunft liegt gut gelegen in Cannes. Allerdings entsprach sie nicht ganz der erwarteten Sauberkeit: Die Toilette war dreckig, der Boden ist mehr als eingestaubt und auch ansonsten war vieles verschmiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal erfolgt angenehm über WhatsApp. Dennoch macht das den Service nicht automatisch besser. Bei der Rückfrage nach Handtüchern für einen Folgetag wurde nur gesagt, dass niemand an dem Tag arbeite. Danke - ich hätte gerne neue Handtücher gehabt. Bei Rückfragen zur Klimaanlage wurde ich darauf verwiesen, dass ich im Sommer keine warmen Temperaturen einstellen solle (es war an dem Tag sehr kalt und extrem regnerisch, ich kam nass im Hotel an). Das Türsystem ist kompliziert und eher wenig komfortabel. Das Licht im Gang ist sehr fragwürdig : Der Gang ist sehr dunkel und die Bewegungssensoren reagieren spät, sodass man blind die Treppen nimmt. Der Geruch war eher unangenehm.
