"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"Very well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds. Friendly front desk. Walking distance to many restaurants along the waterfront, and to public buses up on the hill. The building is older and feels a bit like a hospital or old people's residence, with swinging fire doors and dim lighting in the corridors. There was a slight fishy smell in the unit due to the general humidity. Bring your own toilet paper! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner."

"Building is beautiful in a fantastic location with the town centre being only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, clean and boasts a coffee machine and aircon throughout. We can’t thank our host enough for all he did for us throughout our stay! "We had a great stay in La Bocca. This apartment is very close to the bus to Cannes and was an easy daily commute. The price is excellent for a self catering apartment. There is no front desk but the staff is very responsive to emails. There is a laundrymat, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurant very close by. The apartment and kitchen were very clean. "

"A sort of time-share set up. Our room was pleasant enough with a little outdoor terrace facing the woods, so much quieter than anywhere else on the huge, busy property. We stayed for just a night to get to the Nice airport. Some beautiful small towns easily accessible from the hotel for dinner, but traffic a bit bad in the morning to get to the airport. Wifi didn't really work in our room and although it was advertised as a double bed it was a pull out sofa. Nice amenities if you have time to...

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."
