Great stay in La Bocca Cannes

We had a great stay in La Bocca. This apartment is very close to the bus to Cannes and was an easy daily commute. The price is excellent for a self catering apartment. There is no front desk but the staff is very responsive to emails. There is a laundrymat, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurant very close by. The apartment and kitchen were very clean.

no AC, grimmy, rough sheets (that you have to pay extra for and advert doesnt say that, no soap or shampoo, this place is the worst..

Didnt like anything in this property! be aware this is a small studio apartment that been divided to create a closet size "1 bedroom". while the view is ocean view no one shows the pictures of the "complex" and the corridors. As this is not a hotel you will get someone calling you via WhatsApp and informing you that for towels and bedsheets, they charge extra. there is no assigned parking and due to the fact this is a mega residential block, accessing the unit is not that straightforward. The one plus - there was AC in the unit which is surprising for France. ZERO STARS!!!!

l'appartement enn piteux état, des fourmis partout, prise cassée, meuble SDB cassé, drap avec énormes taches et payant!!! après demande (par tel) une femme de ménage m'a noyée le lieux avec de la javel.... j'ai du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes .... à cause de l'odeur immeuble en mauvais etat... A fuir absolument ......

A éviter à tout prix!

La pire expérience: l’établissement m’a indiqué que je pouvais arriver à n’importe quelle heure à partir de 16h. Arrivée à 23h, j’ai du sonner à l’interphone pendant 10 minutes, personne n’a répondu, même chose sur le portable de la personne avec qui j’ai échangé sur mon séjour, heureusement que les gens sont arrivés à 23:25 à la résidence et m’ont ouvert la porte, sinon, j’aurais dormi dehors. Appartement horrible - aucun cintre, lit non fait (alors que j’ai réglé un supplément de 20€), j’ai du le faire en arrivant a 23:30!, le canapé degeulasse avec plein de taches, le sol colant. Aucune indication sur l’emplacement de l’appartement dans la résidence, alors qu’il y à plusieurs bâtiments. Au départ, aucune indication sur le fait que pour sortir de la résidence il faut avoir le badge, alors qu’on est obligé de laisser les clés avec le badge à côté de l’appartement. Une fois de plus, je me suis retrouvée avec mes valises bloquée à l’intérieur à ne pas pouvoir sortir et attendre qu’un résident sorte! Aucun réseau dans l’appartement ni wifi. Bref, à éviter à tout prix !
