"Best stay: the room was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Their shuttle service is the best; they work 24 hours, leaving the hotel every half hour. From the airport, just contact the hotel by WhatsApp, and the shuttle will pick you up. They have a cafe and the dining room that stay open from 6 to 11, which is very convenient. I jsut love my stay."

"Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and big! My only two complaints is that the pullout couch was very noisy and when someone would move everyone heard because it was an open space. I also wasn’t thrilled to get charged to use pool and amenities in spa. As a hotel guest I feel like we should have been given a day pass at least once. "

"Clean comfortable room. Amazing staff - they were so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. When we needed ibuprofen at 10pm, they had it delivered from the pharmacy for us so we didn’t have to go out and try to find an open one on foot late at night. Chocolates and water delivered to our room. Buffet breakfast was good. Zero complaints!!! Would absolutely stay there again. "
