"The hotel is centrally located on a busy street but the rooms are completely quiet. The staff was wonderful assisting with restaurant and tour recommendations. Guadalupe helped us book our bus pass to Mexico City. The rooms are very spacious, clean and renovated. The only thing we don’t care for are those fancy bath tubs because they’re challenging to get in and out. The water pressure was excellent as was the temperature. We had a meal there and the food was good. We would definitely stay...

"We had an amazing stay at Casa Azulai in Puebla. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from the Zócalo, making it easy for us to walk and explore the city. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds and soft sheets that made every night relaxing.
Honestly, all the pictures fall short compared to how stunning this hotel really is. The colonial architecture throughout the property is truly breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special.
The staff were always so kind and welcoming, and they even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which helped us enjoy our last day without rushing.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Azulai to anyone visiting Puebla!"
"Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. By being added to the hotel WhatsApp group we went on some great walking tours and food/drink tours and we loved meeting other guests at the hotel. A memorable stay. Thank you. "
