"From the beginning, our day was amazing! We qualified for a free upgrade and they were so lovely accommodating that. Upon Reva, we had a free bottle of wine. The hotel is named royalty for a reason because you feel like you’re in a Palace! The rooms are beautiful and so clean!"

"We were not impressed with the restaurant breakfast. Room cleaning each day was unpredictable. Some days missing towels. Some days lack of toilet paper. Every day the key cards didn’t work even when we went out of our way to protect them. It was very frustrating!"
