This was our second time visiting this property. We returned because the first time we had an excellent experience and this time it was just as a good or better. We did get an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay extra special. The staff is awesome! Very friendly and always offering to help make our stay the best possible. If we return to visit Puebla, this will be my choice for our stay. Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us. Mexican Harvest restaurant in the hotel was good as well and definitely have a meal at the Santóua Gastrobar a block away.
