"Stayed one night only on the way to the airport with my dog. Dog friendly hotel. Had a very nice dinner with our awesome server Christian. The buffet breakfast was OK but very expensive for what is offered. The coffee was terrible. The lobby, bar and seating area for the restaurant is really nice. Reception staff were very helpful except for the person who I assume is the general manager, unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was not helpful and actually quite rude."

"Property was very clean. Staff was amazing, always smiling. The only minor issue was booking the Umami (teppanyaki) we were there for 7 nights and only got a reservation for the last night. In order to get this reservation we had to set an alarm for midnight to book. The frustrating part of the reservation was the restaurant was empty and we were 4 people at the table which means there was plenty of room/availability for other guests who were for sure trying to get a reservation. "Front desk while checking in: she could have been nicer. Hotel staff: awesome, they were kind, respectful, and welcoming. Hotel and outdoor pool areas: super clean, with staff everywhere keeping things in order. Inside the room: it felt like the room didn’t match the outside. The rooms were pretty small, and everything felt a bit tight. They could benefit from some renovation. Room service: GREAT. They were quick, and the food was great. Food overall: we liked the food"
