"Overall an outstanding experience. Food was good, the drinks were exceptional. No watered down all inclusive drinks here. The staff was amazing. The staff went above and beyond on the friendly and helpful scale. On the last few nights there was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom sink drain. Our shower didn't drain very well. Only minor negatives. The good totally out weighs the bad. Highly recommend."

"The hotel itself was nice. The problem was that we booked it through Expedia, and after this experience, I will never trust them again. Even though we purchased an all-inclusive package, we still had to pay extra to use the spa and for certain food items on the restaurant menus. The package was not as all-inclusive as we expected."

"It was a beautiful stay.. staff was extremely nice and very helpful and accommodating. The food was good and the environment was great. We got great value for out money with an all inclusive package. We had a long wait to check in tho and the palce was extremely hot but when we got checked in everything else was smooth sailing"

"I had a great stay at Haven Riviera. Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. My room was nice and cool and the housekeeping staff did great at keeping it clean. All of the staff at the resort was very nice and friendly. Food was also very good compared to other all inclusive resorts I have stayed at. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant. I do have to say that they were lacking in the entertainment and activities side. I was not a fan of the DJ at the main pool area. Also I don’t feel like there were many activities or good entertainment. Maybe something they can improve on."

"Love this place! Just don’t book room 8324! Right next to their sales office because they do their chanting cheers every morning beginning at 7:30. Also every time they gain a timeshare sales- they all scream again! So no sleep in that room. Also, they were doing maintenance or construction in the sales office, which didn’t allow us to sleep either during the evening! Overall great place. Will now need to book another trip w/ Expedia just for sleep after staying in this room"
