"I loved the kids club. Staff was engaging with kids, responsible. I felt my son was in great hands. He had so much fun with all the activities. This is our third time staying at this Iberostar and unfortunately this time we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the pool which is where most guests enjoy to stay. The food: don’t go with high expectations. Entertainment team was great. The staff at the hotel is super friendly and nice. The room was nice and clean every day. "
