Struttura un po' datata, ma ben ristrutturata: finestre e tapparelle da rinnovare. Posizione ottima, soprattutto per trasporti e ristoranti. Personale molto disponibile: ottimi i consigli su Firenze.

Personale delizioso, tanti consigli utili!

Esperienza estremamente piacevole. Cercavamo una soluzione economica ben collegata con Firenze. L'albergo ha la fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti. Il personale, molto gentile, ci ha spiegato come muoverci, come prendere i mezzi e dove. Siamo stati veramente bene. Rapporto qualità / prezzo imbattibile ad un soffio da Firenze. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Einfach nur NO-GO

An der Rezeption wurde kein Englisch gesprochen. Es gibt kein Aufzug und das Zimmer war einfach nur schrecklich. Alles eng, dass man überhaup keinen Durchgang hat (männlich 186 cm groß und 90 Kg schwer). Die Dusche war nur ein tröpfeln. Uhralt und extrem eng so das man sich nicht drehen konnten. Der Lärm an der Straße war bei den geöffneten Fenster unerträglich. Die Klimaanlage war so was von laut dass man überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte.

Super hotel en personeel maar ver van centrum

Het hotel zelf is netjes en om de hoek zit een pinautomaat en ernaast een café waar je kunt ontbijten. De kamers zijn prima ingericht en schoon, alleen wel heel erg gehorig. Het nadeel van dit hotel is dat het echt heel ver van het centrum ligt! De bushalte is aan de overkant van de straat, maar de rit duurt 3 kwartier en 's avonds laat rijden de bussen niet of nauwelijks. Gelukkig heeft de hotel ook een 'zusje' in het centrum van de stad en heb ik gelijk de eerste dag gevraagd of ik overgeplaatst kon worden naar dat andere hotel en dat is allemaal supersnel en goed geregeld door het fantastische personeel voor slechts 100 euro meer! De man van de receptie gaf me zelfs geld voor een buskaartje omdat ik geen cash had en de pinautomaat buiten werking was. Het hotel in het centrum (Hotel Centro) lag precies naast de Medici kapel en alle bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand! Ruime kamers, schoon en ook weer hartstikke aardig personeel! Ook goede wifi verbinding. Omdat het midden in het centrum is, is het wel wat gehorig, maar met een paar oordoppen is dit zo opgelost. Dit hotel raad ik zeker aan iedereen aan.!

2 schreckliche Nächte!

Das Hotel war anders fotografiert als in der Wahrheit. Es ist ein altes Hotel mit primitiver Ausstattung. Kein Aufzug. Die Zimmer mit dem Ausblick über die Straße sind schrecklich lärmig. Bad war grenzwertig sauber. Möbel abgenutzt. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich NICHT weiter!

Could be better

The hotel was ok. We drove so the distance from Florence (our intended destination ) was fine. We stayed 2 nights but they didn't clean our room or change our towels. We had to ask twice for towels. The wifi was unusable. The beds were comfortable.

Nice hotel far from City about 40 mins by bus

Nice staffs but English not so good. We wanted to pay cash but they already deducted from our credit card which info provided by Expedia and cost us pay more in our country currency on bill. But really nice, clean and spacious room. It is a good choice to stay compared staying in town. We love the Italian restaurant which opposite the hotel. The seafood was superb.

Far from city, ok hotel

We knew going into it that the hotel was far from the city and anticipated coming back before the bus stopped running at 9pm, but one night we didn't make it on time. Waited until midnight to take a different bus and had to walk 2.5km. Beware. The staff was really friendly, but no English. Hairdryer was requested, but only one for entire hotel, so not available all the time. The biggest issue was the shower and bathroom. So small that the toilet was basically under the sink. Shower was 2ft x 2ft and drain was clogged so you were ankle deep in soapy dirty water by the end. Very remote, basically 1 restaurant with service charge if you eat there. Tabacci not always open, so get your bus tickets ahead of time. Laundry available in a different city by bus. Overall, not the best, but manageable if on a budget.

Hotel nella media un po' fuori mano

Mediamente buono, il personale è poco, ma disponibile. Il WiFi non prende in tutte le camere. L'albergo ha un accesso notturno tramite password. Purtroppo ci siamo accorti che per raggiungere Firenze il modo più veloce è andare in macchina a Scandicci e prendere la tramvia. Una 40ina di minuti in tutto. Contrariamente da come specificato nella conferma di pagamento, le tasse non sono incluse. All'arrivo ci è stato chiesto di pagare una tassa di soggiorno.

Otel floransa merkeze 30 dk uzaklıkta. Ama 35 numaralı otobus hemen karsısından kalkıyor. Bu otobus sizi tren terminaline gotürüyor ordanda tarıhı sehir merkezi yuruyerek 10 dk. Otelin temizliği iyi etrafında süpermarket ve restorant caffeshop var

Finalmete dopo un viaggio "lungo" si è arrivati. L'impatto non è stato dei migliori (causa un forte odore fastidioso lungo il corridoi che per fortuna non c'era in camera) ma poi tutto è andato per il meglio.
