"The hotelim going to start with the positives first the room we had was 2164 and it was lovely with a great view, Lucia and Maria was very friendly, professional and great assess to the hotel.The food was ok I've had worse but I've also had better most of the bar . Staff very unappr except Jess"

"The building was newly renovated, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Although everything was clean our room had a very bad order (wet sheet rock, sewage) , they attempted to remedy it but after a day the smell creeped back up."
