"Had the most amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the duplex room and absolutely loved it, it’s beautifully designed. The rooftop is stunning, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view. The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the beach and bus stop right outside the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself has a stunning garden pool on the ground floor and a rooftop pool with several sunbeds which provide fantastic views of Palma and the port. If you are driving I would recommend avoiding using Google Maps to get to the hotel (who provide offsite parking) as this takes you through some very tight streets that are more for walking. "We stayed in the El Llorenc Parc de la Mar for four nights in July 2025 and from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food is excellent and ambience from the rooftop bar was perfect in the warm Mallorcan sunshine. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. This hotel has everything, rooftop pool overlooking the sea and a wellness centre with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (and a gym too). Ideally located...
