"Iived near Hotel 35 years. First time staying there. Lovely, clean, staff is so nice and accommodating. Room is very large and clean. very quiet. Unfortunately for me the buffet breakfast is Chinese. Many chain food places are within walking distance. I am pleasantly surprised about this Hotel and will stay again while my home is being repaired. Love the Hotel."

"Great place to stay. Our first time staying downtown LA so it was louder than we expected. Great food, beautiful hotel. Close to Dodgers stadium. The only thing that I would like to see different is the valet parking actually bring your car to you. A very small inconvenience though."

"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately our room had a noisy AC unit that kept my wife awake as well as a train blowing its horn in the middle of the night. "

"The Biltmore is a how beautiful overall, the only thing that would have made it perfect is if they would have had some kind of magnets on the shower curtain? Because the shower was very small, and the curtain kept hitting me. Not too sanitary and annoying when showering."

"Made my reservation weeks prior, I fed there the "kid" at the reception says we have no TV in the rooms for yr stay i say ok & said will we get a discount but I was laughing "joking" drove 4hrs with my 10month old granddaughter & this kid canceled my reservation & he wouldn't let me check in!!! Just canceled because I asked for a discount .. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service do NOT recommend"
