"We enjoyed our two-night stay at this Marriott in Monterey Park with our 3 kids. Location was great: quiet, easily accessible to freeways, and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. It is business-friendly. The room and hotel were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience. Would stay here again. "

"The pool was advertised as heated. It was extremely cold and dirty with grass and debris throughout. The kitchen staff during our paid breakfasts were wonderful. We ran out of toilet paper, had to ask daily for clean towels and coffee refills. The bathroom was not clean and had moldy looking corners. The sink in the public downstairs bathroom did not work. After checking out, we were charged $18/day for parking when we were told upon checking in that the first 6 rows of parking was free!"

"I loved the location with many food options available within walking distance and parking garage is a short walk into hotel. The breakfast was excellent with Asian dishes available instead of the usual eggs, sweet waffles, and meat options!! The front desk was superb and they were able to accommodate our early check in. I like to say I'm a clean and neat person, so imo daily room service was not avaliable and would have appreciated if that service was avaliable. Overall, great stay!!"
