"There was parking but it seemed limited, didn't see if there was additional parking elsewhere. The property and rooms were very clean. The few times I needed help the staff was so kind and prompt. There's a little Mexican food place right across the street, and not too far from other food options either. Overall it was a great stay and I enjoyed my time their."

"We stay at the Miyako Hotel whenever we're visiting Downtown Los Angeles. Everything about it is good. I especially like that it's right next door to the Little Tokyo Mall, which has many good dining options."

"This hotel is an excellent option for those with a taste for nicer and upscale experiences without feeling too stuffy. A lot of DTLA are hype, trendy, micro-hotel, budget friendly type. Nothing wrong with that. But, if seeking quiet, clean, comfortable, and an elegant stay with all the amenities a 5-Star hotel offers, then the Conrad DTLA is the one. "This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Aiden and both times the rooms have had mold on the windows . The AC was broken and sounded like a lawn mower. When I complained to staff they said “Oh No” monotone, lackluster and in unison seeming very disingenuous. They also stopped doing breakfast. No point in staying."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in early and the bellman always greeted us whenever we came and went. We felt comfortable and safe there. The location was absolutely perfect for our purpose which was to go to the Dodger’s games. The Metro $1.75 pp) is a few minutes walk to go to Union Station to catch the free Dodger’s Express shuttle to the game. The shuttle starts 2.5 hrs prior to the game and was so convenient both to and from the game....

"The room was very spacious and great for longer stays with the full kitchen. However, the parking situation was really frustrating. Both garages charge you every time you come and go, so just keep that in mind. There’s only one pretty tight entrance to the hotel with limited parking areas, so plan accordingly.
