"Fourth time we have stayed there over the years, it is convenient for the bridge across to Bilbao port and offers a good range of local ameities nearby providing you can find somewhere convenient to park. We could not get the air con / fan working that evening. They have upgraded the rooms compared to the previous visits and the picture accurately shows the view we had. The improvement work continues and IT IS NO ANSWER TO SAY IN SPAIN BUILDERS ARE ALLOWED TO START AS EARLY AS 8:00 WHEN WORKING IN A BUILDING. "Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the location — the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel very safe to walk around at night, so we relied on taxis in the evenings. Overall, a good stay if you plan your transportation ahead."
