No dudo de que en su día la dejaran limpia, pero una revisión antes de la entrada del cliente habría evitado ver el pobre pajarito (…) en la terraza llena de telarañas, polvillo de la gotera del baño encima de la taza, el suelo sucio. "New Building with extremely poorly designed rooms. Hot water is not reliable, had to take 2 cold showers. Staff had no explanation as to why there was no hot water. Bathroom had a horrible setup, non shower doors or walls of any sort. No place to set anything. Everything gets wet when using the shower. The floor floods and water pores out of the bathroom into the room. Property is extremely understaffed. Parking lot has few parking spots. Hotel is next to a Police Station of some sort and...

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "
