"The actual room was looking different from the photos. Good view of water but no privacy. Our room was partially facing neighbours who could see even inside the room. Also hotel lighting is bad, feels like a hospital with the blueish white lamps everywhere"

"広くて清潔で立地も良く、快適な旅になりました。早朝の到着便でしたので、チェックインのオフィスが開く9時までは待機場所が無く、まだ周辺のカフェも空いてない時間でしたので外で散歩して時間を潰すしかなかった点は少し不便でしたが、また泊まりたいお勧めのコンドミニアムです"

"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"The staff here were really friendly and helpful - they gave us great suggestions and made sure I felt special on my birthday. The dual key spa apartment was bigger than we expected, and we loved having our own space. The kitchen was also spacious. We didn’t use the pools as it was a bit chilly but they looked nice and many other guests were enjoying them. Great family friendly resort!"
