"Large three bedroom two bath apartment that looked new. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Downtown Cairns a 20 minute drive. Palm Cove about 10 minutes. Great place to stay."

"It was in front of the beach, strait access to the beach from the swimming pool. The apartment itself was a bit old but still the rooms are huge and totally worth the price! The owner was nice too. It was far from the city though"

"Please note that checking late is not easy. You need to follow instructions to get the keys to the apartment, which is not easy after 5 hours flight. The owner had to come out and assist us to find our way to the apartment. She was very polite and welcoming. Everything was clean and orginized. The kitchen is perfect and has pretty much everything you need to cook except a sautee' pan. The one we found was scratched (non stick). So we decided to eat out everyday which can be expensive. Next door...

"The apartment was perfect. The views were stunning. Easy access to the street and beach. Getting from the underground parking to the room was easy thanks to the lift. It was amazingly clean and had everything we needed as a family of 5. So great having a washing machine and dryer in the room!"

"The second time we've stayed at Drift in Palm Cove and we would stay again. The property has everything you need and is in the perfect location. The only thing that would help would be a heated pool, however you don't really need it if you go in the Summer."

"Right above a local restaurant, that fortunately closes early, the property could do with some facelifting, as although generously spacious it does show signs of being well lived. And could easily be cleaner specially in the kitchen part. Sleeping is fine, host is very communicative and helpful."

"Das Haus ist einfach klasse. Gross, in einer Sackgasse gelegen, gute Möglichkeiten Sport zu machen, direkt am Meer gelegen und hat damit einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Ozean. Das Pool ist groß genug, um darin zu schwimmen. Leider kann man im Meer aufgrund von möglichen Crocs nicht schwimmen, dafür hat man ein großes Pool. Sogar eine große Garage ist dabei. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. "
