"Nice and central, clean and friendly reception. We stayed here (mum and 12yo daughter) for 3 nights and felt safe. The hotel is older but it is clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again."

"受付の方はとてもフレンドリーで優しく、時々日本語を混ぜて説明してくださいました。また、清掃員の方も挨拶てくれてとても良かったです。清掃状況も建物は古そうでしたが、良かったです。問題はシャワールームの扉です。シャワーを浴びた後、シャワールームの扉が開かなくなり、1日目とても疲れてましたが、シャワールームの中で扉と30分間格闘しました。30分後、何とか指の力で無理矢理開けることができましたが、扉が下がっているっぽかったので、定期的に修理をした方がいいと思います。"

"Book somewhere else if you have a choice. Staff was indifferent at best. Obviously the management treated the staff poorly so the front desk lady was unusually unfriendly and indifferent. Rooms are dated, and has unpleasant smell. Will not recommend to anyone who expect decent service for the price you are paying. Avoid if you can. PS: wifi not working, bring your own phone data plan."
