"Hotel muito bom, quartos ótimos, com muita iluminação natural, frigobar gela de verdade. Banheiro bom, cama e travesseiros bons, perto do VLT, bons restaurantes por perto. Certamente eu me hospedaria de novo. O único ponto negativo é que como membro VIP Gold, eu teria direito a alguns benefícios que não me foram ofertados e quando mencionei sobre eles, os atendentes não tinham nem conhecimento de que se tratava."

"Lovely, high end hotel right in the very heart of the old city. You will love the location, which makes for a very memorable trip. The room was remarkably quiet, cool, excellent sleeping. Slight sound of rushing water from the river was very pleasant. The spa was lovely, especially the hot tub overlooking the river. Less than 15 minute easy walk to the train station. "

"Clean nice room, great location and facility. Very nice breakfast. Room service quality depends on the person cleaning of the day, somehow tucks the bedsheet in together with the blanket, so when removing blanket, bedsheet comes out too. They forget to replace towels and water, but all it takes is a phone call and all problem would be solved so no issue. The front desk is amazing. The fitness center is not really a fitness center, just a sad gloomy room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical....

"We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return."
