Well located, easy walk to the main sights of Stra

Well located. It's an Ibis, so don't expect too much. Small room, needing some maintenance. Thought it was a bit rude that we had to pay extra to park our bicycles somewhere secure, the ONLY hotel in over 30 that we stayed in on our ride from Amsterdam to Budapest.

Check in start ok with I think her name was Angelina, but Vivvianna kept butting in and took over where she didn’t check her records correctly and advised that I hadn’t paid for my accommodation. I said that I had and she was rude and demanded I pay for the 1 night accommodation. After taking my payment, I asked her to check again and sure enough, I had paid for it. Now I am waiting for a refund, due to their error. This is the worst service I have received in our 6 week travels. Now the rooms, very outdated and too small for 2 people to shower and get ready. Only get 2 bath towels and a bath mat, no hand towel. As soon as you walk into reception, there is a very bad smell. This is one of the worst Ibis hotels I have stayed in. ***I do not recommend staying here***

Disappointing.

The hotel room decoration looked tired and old. The room and en-suite bathroom was very small. Like being in a caravan. The room and duvet was too warm at night, so difficult to sleep. Reception areas were well maintained. The eco friendly water dispenser was very useful. The garden areas around the hotel were beautifully maintained. Staff were very helpful.

Great location

It's ok, nothing special. No minibar to cool your drinks which kinda sucks during summer. But friendly and easy to access, great location as well.

Berry dirty rooms. First room given wasn't cleaned and had to be assigned new room. Dust and spider web in corners of room, and stained lamp shades. Property only has 2 parking spots per staff and they are first come first serve. There is subterranean parking Uber hotel but it is public and you pay the public rate. Main lobby had foul odor. Only stayed because I arrived very late. Went to bed in my clothing and slept for 4.5 hours and checked out at 05:30. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Employees were very friendly. Putting the "don't make up my room" (it actually says "I'm still sleeping") means they will come after noon and still make your room. I asked the reception to please ensure that our room is not entered but to no avail. Washroom is very small and your knees may touch the wall when using the toilet. Our twin bed had top up mattresses that move easily. Only one side of the bed had a power outlet. The location is pretty good and within about 10 minutes walking distance from the train station.

駅からも1本道で徒歩10分程度です。大聖堂までも徒歩圏内で周辺は静かです。水回りがすこし汚かったり、タオルはペラペラでたまに臭いがするものもありました。

Première chose: le nom de cet hôtel est trompeur: il n'est pas dans ou près le centre historique Il n'y a pas de restaurant, seulement le choix entre un ou deux plats surgelés. J'y ai mangé, je voulais un peu plus de vinaigre pour la salade et ce n'a pas été possible.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng und der an der Wand angebaute Fön war unmöglich. Sah eher wie ein Staubsauger aus. Und das Rohr wurde eher heiß, als meine Haare trocken. Da sollte man echt mal modernisieren. Beim Frühstücksbüffet fehlte mir was frisches wie Tomaten und Gurken, vielleicht auch etwas Abwechselung beim Aufschnitt. Und zu Rührei und Würstchen gehören gebackene Bohnen, die es leider nicht gab. Abgesehen davon war es aber durchaus gut. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und nur etwas weiter im Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe ist auch ein Supermarkt. Ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten ist man im Viertel Petit France mit Lokalen und Geschäften.
