It was really good Hotel. All the staff at the Hotel was very nice and friendly. Room was big enough and has also s balcony. It was not new, but in a good condition.

Solid quality as one expects from Ibis

Accommodation in the consistent quality of Ibis hotels. Clean, comfortable room, if a little on the small side (it would be difficult to open up a full-sized suitcase in the room we had). Comfortable bed, sound insulation excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff friendly and helpful. The underground parking is a little tricky if you have a large car, because of the unhelpfully placed pillars so common to French underground carparks. There isn't much in the way of restaurants in the area, although what is there is quite decent and you would be well-advised to book a table on Saturday nights. There was a group of para-athletes staying at the same time, so I imagine the hotel has - all appearances to the contrary (only one, rather small, lift) - at least half-way adequate accessibility facilities in place.

Lit très inconfortable le lit s’est séparé pendant la nuit; aussi on m’as donné une chambre juste à côté de l’ascenseur (101) et j’entendais tout le passage. Deuxième bémol , la salle du petit déjeuner trop petite pour pouvoir s’installer car pas de place j’ai du prendre 2/3 mini viennoiseries et manger dans ma chambre pour être assis… pas cool Je suis déçu et je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas. J’étais venu en 2023 mais ça c’est dégradé depuis.

Belle experience

Le personnel était absolument adorable et attentif à mes demandes. L'hôtel était propre et ma chambre impeccable. Il n'est pas situé dans le plus beau quartier de Strasbourg mais il est très bien desservi. Je pense que j'y retournerai volontier pour un prochain séjour.
