"Fabulous location overlooking the market place with convenient free parking options. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Aylsham is a gorgeous place to visit and the unique ships, range of restaurants and warm welcome from the people who live and work there have left a really positive and heart warming impression on me. I’ll definitely be returning and look forward to seeing the new developments there as it really is a place that’s growing and developing. "

"The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. "

"This is the third occasion we have stayed at The Recruiting Sergeant and hopefully it won't be the last. We received a prompt and friendly check-in on arrival and were shown to our first-floor room which was a good size, as was the bathroom. Both were spotless and were kept that way for the duration of our 4 night stay. Overlooking the road caused us no concerns. Great choice of good quality food for breakfast and we had our evening meal there on 3 of the 4 nights. Superb choice of food and wine...

"Fantastic staff mostly shout out to poppy who was amazing ! Breakfast and pizzas amazing , views from pub garden lovely , Lady at breakfast very grumpy and told to leave the room early S she needed to clean it although we had an prior arrangement to book out late , she made us leave very rude "

"A great one night stay! We didn't venture outside of the hotel much but it was really nice having our own external front door. The room was amazing with a lovely bathroom. One thing to note... No radiator in the bathroom, just a heated towel rail. So the bathroom was cold. But plenty of radiators in the rest of the room. We were also lacking a kettle in the room and found the coffee machine a bit of a faff to use. Oh... And the smallest TV in the world. Made watching 1% Club almost impossible 😂...

"Really enjoyed my stay at Felbrigg Lodge. Such a peaceful hotel and full of character. Took full advantage of the pool & hot tub which can be booked out for an hour each day. Had a great walk around the Felbrigg estate and lake. Great hosts who were always on hand for anything needed, hope to be back!"

"Fantastic experience at the Maid's Head Hotel. We arrived at 1pm to drop off a bag and the receptionist allowed us to check in early and showed us to the room. The room was beautiful, filled with beams and a view of the cathedral. Drink at the bar was very nice. Buffet breakfast was the best we have had, local produce and cooked very well. Service throughout our stay was superb "

"Well located apartments, have lived locally for a long time and had no idea these were here. Close to nightlife but tucked well away. Ideal location for a night or weekend in Norwich. Apartments very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again"
