"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! "Amazing stay! From the gentleman at check in, to the room to staff at breakfast, everything was superb. Hotel is really really lovely, our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing - all complimentary, food was of a very high standard and staff couldn't do enough for you. Even on check out, the gentleman remembered why we were there...
