Worst stay ever.
The details and the pictures of the property is totally different than real one. It's written that 4 bed rooms, but there was only 3. It also written apartment has back yard and public swimming pool. When I arrived I was shocked that guests havd no access to swimming pool and the apartment on 3rd floor with tiny balcony. For sure that will be the first and last time I book through home away.com. property name Dreams of Holiday.

No housekeeping, breakfast, tissues, shampoo, all air conditions not working , no keys for the rooms inside the apartment, no workers for luggages. It was written 2 double beds and 4 single beds but it was 2 double beds and 3 single beds. The apartment was big and clean. The security for interance was excellent

Основные моменты, которые меня порадовали: 1. Цена: Сравнима с недорогими отелями, но тут я получила полноценную квартиру. 2. Расположение: До центра добраться 10 минут на маршрутке. 3. Территория комплекса: Это просто сказка!!!! Лагуна, кафе, магазин (очень удобно с учетом наличия кухни - можно готовить самим), охрана (я - девушка - спокойно гуляла вечерами по территории без страха и проблем) 4. Персонал: Ребята всем мне помогли, все организовали, а бонусы и предоставляемые услуги намного превосходят любой отель! Одним словом: Осталась оооочень довольна и рекомендую всем.

المكان كان سيئ والسبب: * لايوجد تكييف الا بغرفة نوم واحدة مع العلم اني حجزت ٣ غرف نوم. * السراير لايمكن النوم عليها لانها مخلوعه ومكسره. * الحمامات تطفح بالماء. * لايوجد تنظيف يومي. * المكان بعيد جدا عن البلد ولا يوجد مواصلات قريبه * الكهرباء تنطفئ كل صباح. * لايوجد مطاعم بجانب السكن او حتى توصيل. * لا يوجد خدمات مثل غسيل وكوي الملابس بالسكن او حتى قريب من السكن. تجربة سيئة جدا واحمل موقعكم المسؤولية لعدم التحقق من المعلمومات الصحيحه والضروريه لراحة المسافرين.
