現地的には高級の部類と思うが、日本人の感覚からすると中の下。エアコンの効きの悪さ、壁紙の剥がれ、フローリングの欠け、壁板の傷、バスタブの汚れ等、人体に直接影響が及ばないものには気を配らないのかもしれない。部屋は清潔に掃除され、ベッドも清潔でよく眠れたし、朝食も日本のホテルのバイキング程度にはある、スタッフも英語が通じるので泊まるだけなら問題ない。ただ神経質な人は倍の金額払って市内のホテルに泊まるのをお勧めします。

MYOSHI, クアラルンプール

2人一部屋朝食付きで一泊140RM(3800円)ほどで、マレーシアでは格安とまでは言わないけど十分安い価格で泊まれて助かります。 値段を考えると良いホテルかと思いますが、値段だけを優先するならもっと便利な場所にあって使い勝手の良いホテルがあるんだとは思います。 以下、客観的事実と感想を箇条書き ○チェックイン前の荷物預けは問題なし。荷物預け部屋に保管。 ○シャワーが緩いというありがちなトラブル。一泊目は疲れてたからそのままにして、次の日なら朝にフロントに相談。ツアーから帰ってきて再度フロントに行くと、とりあえず修理したけど、まだだめだったら部屋を変えてあげると。不安ながら試してみてると案の定緩い。電話して部屋を変えてもらいました。新しい部屋は、ばっちり温かいシャワー。最初からちゃんと直すか、部屋を変えて欲しかった。 ○コタキナバル市街からは結構離れてます。グラブを使えば移動は問題なくできますが、どう思うかは好みの問題。 ○朝食全然おいしくない。 ○大きいけど古いモールに直結。人によっては暇潰しになるかも。市街のモールよりはローカル感が味わえます。 ○セブンイレブンとサーティーワンがすぐそこに。 総じて言うと、値段は抑えたいけど、あまりにも簡素な宿には泊まりたくないとう人にはオススメかもしれません。 個人的には、次同じ値段で泊まるなら、もっと街中にしようと思います。

전반적인 서비스 만족스럽습니다. 수영장물이 좀 차갑긴 했지만 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 조식은 간단히 먹기 나쁘지 않았으며 직원들 친절했습니다.

The hotel is good but needs improvement

✅ > Location of Grand Borneo Hotel is great because it's next to a mall, 1 Borneo Hypermall. ❎ > Quite far from the airport, around 18 km away. ❎ > No public bus route stops here so you always have to hail a cab or use Grab app. ❎ > Almost all the staff hardly speak English. Pretend they understand but doesn't perform what you asked for. The staff will always say that will ask the Supervisor and call back but never do it. You have to call again after an hour or two to follow up. ❎ > They hardly understand the cancellation protocol or process. Keeps on blaming their partner booking website. ❎ > Wi-fi is not working good in my location and in the pool area. You can't access Facebook or watch youtube, keeps on buffering. The IT guy blamed my phone setting though I can login to their website; it's really their wi-fi connection that is slow and not working. And the IT doesn't know about their internet system. Who would ask you to go at your internet browser and type 10.0.0.1 and it will resolve your login issue? ❎ > I have free breakfast for 2 but can't avail due to early flight but can't exchange it for a lunch/dinner for 1 person. You can't even pay the difference if possible. They are used to saying "No, can't." ❎ > The cable has only 15 listed working channels, 10 of them are working and 2 are local channels. ❎ > The foods they serve daily during breakfast are cold and the same; stayed here for 4 days. ❎ > The water level in the pool for adult is only at 4 ft.

Im gesamten Hotel ist uns schon bei der Ankunft ein unangenehmer Geruch in die Nase gestiegen, der leider auch im Zimmer extrem war. Als wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, haben wir ein gleiches Zimmer bekommen, in dem vorher mit Duftspray der Geruch überdeckt wurde (war am nächsten Tag wieder da). Im Zimmer war alles voller Schimmel und der Zustand dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben uns nach 2 Tagen dazu entschieden, das Hotel zu wechseln. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr einsichtig, bemüht und zu jeder Zeit sehr sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür:)
