"Room set up is great and bed is comfortable. We were placed on the lower level close to the pool - location was great, except around 5 am the pipes made a noise (kind of like a hammer hit every few minutes), which woke us up each morning at that time. I reported it to the front desk, so hopefully they’ll check that out."

"Terrible location (very sketchy- there are homeless drug addicts literally outside your door and parking is in an even sketchier location away from the hotel and you see shattered glass needles everywhere it’s a risk to get in and out), the staff did fraudulent transactions which we had no control over(changed the cost to match some fine brand hotel chains and on top changed room and charged yet additional fees) we filtered the location by breakfast but they had no service and no other in the nearby area that was safe for service - we had to drive 30min each time to get there. I blame Expedia for providing fraudulent information about the hotel. Stay safe and stay away from this place."

"The stay was generally okay, but a few issues affected our experience. There was construction on the hotel building starting from our first day, and the noise was extremely loud and disruptive. In addition, the shared bathroom (used by two rooms) was out of service on our second day. The maintenance team took too long to fix it, which forced us to leave the hotel in the morning without being able to use the bathroom. We had to start our day and find a coffee shop just to use a toilet. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"Very convenient location for public transport. The mall and many shops nearby. The complimentary breakfast offered was a huge bonus."

"Ok. This is the most important review you’ll need about this property. I am going to be completely honest. I would stay here again, under the condition that I had earplugs. If you want to sleep in and somebody else doesn’t. You will know they didn’t want to sleep in. Every movement you make, your neighbors hear it. If you fart, they will know it. The doors are very loud, the wood floor does nothing to help with sound. It is a very nice accommodation and the bed was extremely comfortable. But I was awakened by all The movement from my neighbors and I did not have earplugs. There is a bit of a convoluted code locked door to get in as well. Also, parking is on the street, not behind the fence. All that being said. All of that being said. I would stay here again. I did not have a bad stay and things that could’ve made it better were within my control. So take it all to heart. Again,very comfortable beds and great location within walking distance to downtown Burnaby and the mall and other shops."

"Good breakfast, underground parking was very convenient (though extra cost), renovations are happening but did not bother us at all. Comfortable, would stay here again. "

"The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! The dining and living room is small and cozy, and relaxing."
