"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"Tasia, Sofia, Evelyn were super helpful and arranged a very quiet room for me. Their customer service is top notch compared to other hotels in Vegas. I extended my stay further at the Ahern. "

"We walked in a couple months ago through the hotel and really liked the vibe in there so I decided on our next trip to book it. However, I had no idea this was a haunted hotel and was surprised when we checked in. It was a little freaky finding out the day of check in, but the staff was great. First time saying on fremont."

"Room was old had odor like somone had smoked in room previously. The smell in bathroom was even worse. Parking garage has one elevator that was broken. Had to roll my luggage threw car entrance. Location is great though. Walking distance from Freemont."

The only thing I didn't like was my key card can only get me toy floor or lobby, my son was on the 21st floor we were on the 15th floor Having to go all the way down to the lobby to all the way back up to...
