"Morgens freut man sich auf ein fantastisches Frühstück, man genießt die tolle Umgebung, den Pool und das Spa sind herausragend, das Abendessen einfach sehr köstlich und nach dem einen oder anderen Glas Wein freut man sich auf das schöne Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett. Die Inhaber und ihr Personal ausserordentlich freundlich, Sonderwünsche wurden gerne entgegengenommen. Es bleibt nur zu sagen, ein toller Aufenthalt, besser geht nicht, gerne wieder."

Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich durch zwei Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig gereinigt und die Betten liebevoll wieder hergerichtet, was sehr schnell geht. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Naturpool sowie verschiedenen Liegebereichen. Es lohnt sich, Massagen schon vor der Anreise zu buchen, da gut ausgebucht. "Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. "Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."
