The rooms smelled musty, and the ventilation system did not work at all. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell. There was no information in the room about emergency phone numbers. "After doing so much research I decided on this hotel. I am glad I chose this hotel because it exceeded my expectations and above. We were 3 girls travelling alone and felt safe and at ease staying at this hotel. The area is very convenient with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I booked a room with lounge access but was disappointed as the food wasn’t great and did not have much choice especially for my daughter’s who had allergies. Though it was good for drinks only. The hotel even surprised me and my daughters by treating us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our special trip and the special occasions. Views from the 34th floor was stunning and beautiful skyline. I would definitely stay again here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Istanbul."
