"We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it’s our understanding that it has only recently opened. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...

"The reception staff at Pest-Buda were courteous, polite, and genuinely helpful, which created a good first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. • Restaurant service: breakfast-The staff were consistently rude and unaccommodating. Orders were mixed up, and any request for flexibility—such as switching homemade bread for a croissant—was met with a firm “no.” One staff member in particular (with a beard and ponytail) was especially dismissive and negative. •...
