Disliked: needed some dusting in spots, bathroom gets cold if door isn't left open to the bedroom, loud hallway: voices & shoes echo badly. "

"So many great things I could say about my stay at ROOST Midtown. I stayed in a one bedroom and it was very spacious and clean. I liked that there was somebody at the reception area 24/7. The kitchen was well equipped. They provided a water jug that could be refilled with their filtered water, still or sparkling. Walk-in shower, blackout shade in the bedroom. I think the best part though was how quiet it was! I heard such little traffic noise I couldn't believe it! I've stayed in several other...

"Element was nothing less than excellent. The staff - from the valet to the front desk - everyone was helpful and kind. Our room was super clean and modern as are the public spaces for dining or lounging. We typically stay at the Westin and my entire family agreed that Element was more beautiful and had better amenities. Note: I have an EV. The valet took my car and plugged it in for complementary overnight charging. I was having an issue with the car charging, and a couple of valets came down...

"The staff went above and beyond when I needed assistance, incredible people. The street it’s on isn’t one of the main streets so it was pretty quiet. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, even plenty of shelf space in the large shower! Will stay here again. "

"We didn’t realize we had booked a Penthouse room. It was HUGE! And beautiful. Only strange thing was there was only one bathroom even though it’s a 2 bedroom “apartment “. We had a great time!"
