"My visit with Motto Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, was extraordinary. The hotel itself is beautiful — superbly decorated, maintained, and staffed. "It was a great stay! Staff was very welcoming and helpful, wifi was good, the room was very clean. I'd say the room runs cold - but during the summer it was perfect (you can adjust the heat, the room just is a bit colder). "

"The lobby was attractive. I liked the closet area since I was with a friend. I used the sofa bed in the living room and it could have been a bit more comfortable. Staff was very helpful incluing the man who went out of his way to get us a taxi."

"The restaurant inside of the hotel, breakfast lunch or dinner you cannot go wrong! Food and drinks were amazing 👏 Also the staff was very generous and helpful. "Our stay at the W was very relaxing and hassle free. We did encounter a problem with dirty sheets ( there was a chocolate and it was smudged) we were too tired to call and get them changed but when we brought it to their attention Elaina was so helpful and resolved it for us no questions asked, customer service was amazing and made our experience better "
