The room was clean, and the staff promptly delivered the extra towels and blankets we requested. The big issue for me was the slippery shower/bath floor. No traction at all, which could easily result in a slip and fall. Other than that, a really nice place to stay..."

"The hotel was very nice and well located. A little chic and clean/comfortable. We had an issue with the shower drain. It drained slowly so it overflowed and water covered the bathroom floor. When reported the next day we got the sense that it was going to be taken care of."
