I made a mistake in booking and she caught it and corrected it before we even arrived. She was great. Additionally, the room was beautiful and really clean. The food was delicious and every waitstaff that we encountered was polite and attentive--it could not have been a better experience."

"Upon checking we were greeted by a lovely lady that gave great instructions on parking and use of the spa. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermal spa was very nice as we arrived after 10 pm after a long drive from Sorrento. We were able to relax and enjoy the water until midnight. In camera avevamo l'idromassaggio e il bagno turco. La vasca con l'idromassaggio, dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro con più di 40 gradi, ci ha rigenerati. "Great place to stay as a couple and good also if you have kids. Loved the centre pool with spa jets and lying out on the bean bag pillows on the grass. Staff and service was excellent. Air Conditioning was a little lacking and the pillows were a little flat for our liking and only one included for each sleeper. Otherwise very nice stay."
